Klippers, Out in Theatres, Friday August 10, 2018

Directed by Ofu Obekpa, Klippers features an assassin who is sent by his psychotic employer to kill his ex-wife. The would- be murderer becomes familiar with his target (meaning he resists the temptations to get sexual but falls). Now, he must face the consequences of his actions. The movie stars Obekpa himself, Conphidance, Libby Blanton, Robert Pralgo.

LIVE BAND

AK 47: The Band-Performs Friday evening August 10, 2018, at the Freedom Park. The Afro Hip Hop Band promises to belt out new tunes from 7pm , essentially launching the weekend’s nite-lounging and club nights activity all over town.

Moms at War, starring Omoni Oboli and Funke Akindele, out in Theatres on August 17.

Omoni Oboli’s written and directed Moms at War is about two mothers who live in the same neighborhood and hate each other, and subsequently realising that their children attend the same school, Oboli intends to change the narrative of women hating each other with this flick. Starring Yul Edochie, Abayomi Alvin and Adebukola Oladipupo.

In this movie, Etinosa Idemudia plays the role of KC, a stupendously successful vlogger who is desperately in search of love and has that quest as a prayer point. One night, she says it loud; I need love. Afterwards, she finds herself propelled into a series of romantic twists and turns with a dirt-poor washerman, played by IK Ogbonna.
