Six months. One community. One night.

For the past six months, we’ve gathered around conversations, performances, ideas, stories and the people who continue to make Talk Your Own what it is.

Now, we want to celebrate.

We’re switching things up.

Talk Your Own is becoming a night of celebration — a space to unwind, meet new people, play, create, dance and make memories together.

On Saturday, 29 August, we’re stepping away from the usual format and creating a night where creatives can simply come together, let loose, connect, play and have a good time.

No panels.
No formal conversations.
No pressure.

Just a room full of creative people, good energy and a night designed to make memories.

Expect live performances, karaoke,  live portrait sketching, body painting, creative games, music, dancing and plenty of opportunities to meet someone new.

Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning, joined us somewhere along the way, or have been meaning to come to a Talk Your Own event — this is your invitation.

Come with your friends.
Come alone.
Bring your creative energy.
Come ready to play.

CREATE. CONNECT. PLAY. CELEBRATE.
