Committee for Relevant Art, CORA will be hosting the Seventh Book Trek in 2019, its Fifth at Quintessence Gallery in the year.
On Saturday, August 17, 2019, the novelist Chioma Okonkwo, will be reading of Like Never Before
The event runs from 2.30pm to 5pm and will be very interactive.
Like Never Before is light reading: a simple romance novel, but Okonkwo’s is a new voice that requires to be heard.
In the novel she has woven identity, desire and international politics.
Chioma Okonkwo grew up in Lagos, Nigeria and moved to study Business Administration in France at an early age. Her writing is inspired by her travel experiences.
There will be refreshments.
