TOP EVENTS: There’s a Tribute event for Sade Adu at 60 on Thursday January 17 at 6pm. It is two days before Sefi Attah, the novelist, celebrates her birthday with a reading and Q&A at Quintessence.  Clashing with Sefi’s reading are: (1) an art talk on the sculptor Bamgboye, led by James Green, Assistant Curator of African Art at the Yale University at the African Artists Foundation and (2)   Jogbo Women, a stage play written by Joshua Alabi, at the Freedom Park..
